uncounted blessings / 12:21:00 AM

feeling very full now. at the rate of us trying secret recipe cakes at jb cos they are half price cheaper, i'll know which are nice and which arent.

i'm losing weight one week and gaining weight in another week. i dont think fluctuating weight is good for me. as much as i always force myself to exercise. and try to eat proper meals. i still sucuumb to laziness and temptations at times. lousy discipline. and times where you feel like exercising everyday, and sometimes you just cant pull yourself up from the bed.

hall ann was great. enjoyed the videos. got my first medal from ih. and still wanting to play more ih.

work has been moderate. taking my time to do my stories. sometimes trying to look busy. interviewed people from the public sector, where one was pretty interesting and real until my editor said i was brainwashed. and i think i now have the most memorable interviews and story done so far, where i had to interview the disabled. be it physically, or visually handicapped, celebral palsy, stunted arms, no eyes, i'm amazed at how these people can still be so happy nad move on with life. where we as perfectly normal humans with no disabilities, we are always complaining about this and that. i really admire their courage and determination, and their optimism. while we can frequently complain about that extra piece of flab, they can just smile and do what they want even with their disabilities. and when i heard those disabled children sing, i nearly wanted to cry. their voices, despite how they were born, simply touched me. guess each and everyone of us is blessed in a way.

i still need to learn to count my blessings and think of it as things can only get better. and i still need to learn not to be so hard on myself or how others can perceive of me. but ah, the world's a stage.

it's already sunday.and its back to work tomorrow. rah. we've reached the half way mark for our internship. and i want to plan a productive holiday before my final year starts.
