another week down! i like how the every alternate day i get to go out for assignment and come back to file the story. and on the other days i'm surfing net and researching. least am not doing anything everyday. this job is pretty my kind of job. not entirely desk bound. pretty flexible work times, albeit the shifts, leaving slightly earlier if there is nothing to do and possible overtime. learning something everyday. updating my brain of current affairs. cutting soundbites. and you'll never know what else can happen. like yesterday, 1 hour before work was going to end. then a tanker collision press release comes in. and i got to file it. brain got to work after much inactiveness yesterday. and the people there, are pretty nice. plus yong tau fu from the canteen almost everyday.

went to a court case. information overload. luckily didnt have to do much cos there wasnt anything drastic so colleague didnt need help to grab soundbites. first time in there. quite cool. funny how when we were young, we all wanted to be lawyers or doctors?

the colleague i'm attached to tells me to be glad that i'm only an intern. maybe. not that i am here to slack or not do overtime. so far things have been going well.

weekend's here already. very fast. weekend plans! and its 4 months more before you fly.

it can only get better yea?
