the battlefield tour cum learning journey was quite interesting.we didnt go to changi prison.went to bukit chandu relection centre and kranji war memorial park as planned.bukit chandu means opium hill.had smth to do wif world war 2.it was a spore history lesson.irony was tt our guide was frm germany but married a sporean husband.lolx.as for my own reflections abt today's trip,i guess war doesnt solve much but merely results in a lot of casulties.considering the 4000 over tombs at kranji war memorial for those soldiers who lost their lives at ww2 when defending spore,including medical workers.some bodies which couldnt be found had their names engraved onto this wall at kranji war memorail.altogether it remembered 40000 over army personnel and health workers.to think tt those japanese were really ruthless.bayoneting and gunning ppl down.raping females.killing the already injured at alexandra hospital when there were caught off guard.but anyway,guess these trips can be rather enlightening.of the sacrifices and how important civil defence is to singapore.although only a small dot,i guess it further emphasizes how vulnerable spore can be.


went classmate's house to slack after the trip together wif other clzmates.did some geo discussion.den slacked.lolx.watched tv,pillow fight,took pictures to finish up my film which was stuck in my camera since chinese new yr.oh well.slack to walk a longer road.haha.realised clz's team is still in the vball interhse.fightin for 3rd position.hope can make it.lolx.it'll be fun.
